Project Mission
Our mission was to make professional product ordering faster, simpler, and less dependent on manual communication. The application turns a smartphone into a practical ordering tool, while the admin system gives the LOG AS team centralized control over customers, products, and orders.

CHALLENGES
- The entire process had to take only a few actions, making the app more convenient than catalogs, emails, or phone-based ordering.
- Barcode scanning needed to identify the correct product instantly and connect it with accurate, up-to-date ordering information.
- Supabase subscription limitations required a custom workaround for updating user registration tokens while maintaining reliable application behavior.
- The application had to meet the technical, security, and publishing requirements of both the Apple and Google ecosystems.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Scan-to-Order Workflow
Customers scan a barcode directly from the product, instantly find the correct item, select the required quantity, and add it to an order. This eliminates unnecessary catalog searches and makes the application practical in real working environments.
Mobile Order Management
Users can combine multiple scanned products into one order, review the cart, and adjust quantities before submitting. The streamlined workflow reduces potential errors and makes recurring purchasing significantly easier.
Customer-Assisted Ordering
Internal managers can place orders on behalf of customers whenever additional assistance is required. This preserves personalized customer service while keeping every transaction within a single digital workflow.
Centralized Admin System
A dedicated administration system allows the LOG AS team to manage customers, products, permissions, and application data from one place, keeping product information up to date and providing greater control over daily ordering operations.
SMOOTH DELIVERY
The project covered the entire product development lifecycle, including business analysis, documentation, UX/UI design, mobile development, administration tools, QA, DevOps, and release.
Special attention was given to delivering a stable solution for professional use while addressing the technical limitations of the selected Supabase plan. We successfully launched the application on both iOS and Android, providing LOG AS with a production-ready digital ordering channel built to scale.
LOG Scanner established a direct connection between LOG AS and its professional customers. Barcode-based ordering speeds up product selection, simplifies repeat purchases, and reduces reliance on phone calls, emails, and manual data entry.
